Join our team of CRO, growth and marketing experts to become the key manager of all content on our successful blog.

Working with one of the leading conversion optimization agencies in the world, you’ll be gaining insights and knowledge from some of the biggest brands in the world. Your will be charged with content strategy, production, publishing and promotion.

Eventually you’ll manage the content production process, from creating a monthly plan of what content should be covered, to the writing of it, the proofing and the uploading. As our CEO hands over the writing to you it gives you the opportunity to own the process end-to-end, and to make the blog, and the content on our site, your own.

You’ll be taught how to analyse the success of content, and how that analysis can shape future content. We’ll also give you all the training you need so that you’re an expert on our services.

What we’re looking for:

The Skills:

• A strong writing background ideally backed up with a degree in English, and with commercial writing experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and time-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail, great task-management skills.
• A lust for creating rich, engaging content that combines words, pictures and data.
• A good understanding of Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Conversion Optimization will be a bonus.
